We inspect all structural elements of the building – walls, floors, roof structure (not cover), supporting pillars, stairs, lintels, retaining walls over 700mm high supporting the home
This is included as standard with all our inspections. Termites (white ant) cause damage that can potentially affect the structural integrity of a building. We perform a visual inspection for any signs of current or past activity and will assess the impact any findings may have on the building.
Our Simple Building and Pest Inspection is designed to simply identify the areas that may require attention prior to settlement under a standard REIWA purchase contract. Whilst all elements of the building will be inspected, reporting on non structural elements is limited. This inspection meets the requirements of AS4349.1 and AS4349.3 and our reporting aligns with the wording of a standard REIWA contract condition.
