We inspect all structural elements of the building – walls, floors, roof structure (not cover), supporting pillars, stairs, lintels, retaining walls over 700mm high supporting the home
This is included as standard with all our inspections. Termites (white ant) cause damage that can potentially affect the structural integrity of a building. We perform a visual inspection for any signs of current or past activity and will assess the impact any findings may have on the building.
This inspection is conducted with the intention of preparing a report that can be given to potential purchasers prior to them making an offer to purchase the property. Reporting is limited to items of a structural concern and will include obvious major maintenance items that may cause a potential buyer concern. Routine maintenance is not included.
Any seller who would like a sale with fewer conditions. This inspection report is to smooth the sale process by equipping potential buyers with sufficient knowledge to confidently put in a clean offer (or a confident auction bid) as they have an understanding of the condition of the building.
