This inspection only includes the areas mentioned in your quote email. We are happy to look at other things when we are there, but please let us know in advance so we can allocate appropriate time on site. If we have another appointment booked we may not be able to stay and answer all your other questions.
This will include a description and photos of the problem along with the repairs suggested to remedy any concerns.
We are happy to advise and guide contractors on the necessary works once they are onsite.
This is a building inspection where we attend to review, assess and report on areas of specific concern. This is not limited to only structural concerns. We understand buildings and how all the elements work together. Often the cause of a problem may not be obvious or what it seems to be. We put all the pieces together to figure out why there is a problem and what can be done to solve it.
To start off, please email us an outline of the problem, along with a few photos. We will then advise on next steps (which may not require a visit).
