We recommend inspections at each stage as certain structural elements are covered up as the build progresses. As we perform a visual only inspection, we may not be able to check these items later in the process.

Is your building doing what they should? We’d like to think so but if anything does require rectification, a check during the build allows for timely (and less costly) resolution.
We believe everyone can benefit from checks during a build. We are seeing building supervisors taking on more work which can mean key problems are not identified quickly. In an ideal world our reports would say nothing to report but sadly this does not happen very often.
