The easiest and most comprehensive way to check everything at once.

For most people, buying or selling a home can be pretty overwhelming and confusing. There’s an endless list of things to check and comply with, and if you get it wrong, it can cost you a fortune.

Our comprehensive building inspections provide buyers with a complete picture of the pre-purchase state of a property, allowing buyers to make an informed purchase.

For sellers, you may also benefit from having a pre-sale inspection done so you can provide potential buyers with the answers to any concerns upfront, making it easier to sell your property, and remove the need for conditional contracts of sale.

Once we’ve completed all of the inspections you’ll receive a detailed report, including photographs to fully document the condition of the property. We also outline possible solutions to any problems to enable you to comfortably decide on your purchase options
